Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. The certificates are also signed by the artists.

Can I sell my artwork here?

If you are an artist, apply from this page. We will get in contact soonest.

What criteria has to be met to sell on this platform?

Your work will be inspected by our team. If we are satisfied that is authentic and original, your work will be accepted.

Delivery?

Upon payment received we will contact you to arrange for delivery. We collect the artwork from the artist using the trustworthy delivery company, DHL. We will deliver to the address given on the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Before the artwork has been shipped you are allowed to cancel by email.

Artwork damaged?

Contact us immediately if the artwork is damaged upon arrival. Send us photos of the state it was in. If it cannot be repaired, we will arrange for recollection. You will be refunded after the artwork was delivered to the artist.

Is the artwork insured during transit?

Yes. We organise and insures the transport of the artwork.

What payment methods are used?

All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) Paypal and electronic bank transfer are accepted.
